Shameful Whining Reviewers!!! Properly ID people!
I'm Med POA for my mother who's been a patient for 15+ years. Dr Beller's a pleasure, attentive, understanding, and listens. Problem with the majority of reviewers here is misidentifying the proper people they are complaining about. Dr Beller and her staff are top shelf people that never hesitate when approached and do their best to attend to, or acquire the proper person too attend to the issue at hand. Now the reception personal for UH of Mentor Oh that actually answer the phone or are there when you come in are horrible, ill-mannered, short, and just all around rude. The receptionist talk without fail as though they're burnt out and don't want to be there. Mundane and robotic with a Meh attitude. Sure everyone has a bad day, but every time you talk with them?!? After several years dealing with them it never changes. Make no mistake! Dr Beller and staff are wonderful! _Reception dept personal need replaced and retrained in customer service! _PAY ATTENTION UH PERSONAL DEPT!

I am a cancer survivor with Seidman Cancer Center. She was recommended as my primary care physician. Her office does not follow through with ANYTHING, RUDE office staff. I had an appointment and when I showed up 30 minutes early, they said I did not have an appointment. My previous appointment was canceled by her office, when I was running a fever. I am looking for another PCP. I wish I could give negative STARS! I have to give a star rating for a review.

I had an initial appointment with Dr Beller ( never met her) and I ended up cancelling it. This review is not based on Dr Beller or her medical experience however her unprofessional, short, rude office staff. During my call to schedule the appointment for the doctor they were short, completely gave the impression that they did not have time for me. Then I called back one day to ask a question about my appointment and got her answering service. Even worse with the attitude.

Dr. Beller is a very respectable and caring physician. She listens, asks good questions, explains health issues and options in a very understanding manner and most of all makes the patient feel important and cared for. Dr. Beller discusses all options, instructions, and follow ups clearly as well. She is dependable and "there" for her patients. I personally felt well taken care of by Dr. Beller.

Dr Beller is a greAt doctor but her staff needs further training in treating patients like human beings. They sit and chat amongst themselves ignoring patients and their needs. Once you get attention their favorite answer is "I don't know". This makes for a very unfavorable visit. University Hospital system needs to be made aware of the lack of compassion Dr. Beller's staff shows to her patients.
