A top professional
I have been a long time patience of Dr. Link. I have seen her both individually and in a group (one of the long-time groups that was referenced in a review). Dr Link does listen and is very professional. She is very empathetic. However, like most medical professionals, she is only allotted a certain amount of time by the insurance company, and she will focus on the meds. This is the current state of our medical care system. I have watched her go out of her way for patients and know she will be an advocate for me. I highly recommend her.

Very Disatisfied
I was shocked at end of first session she said she was surprised at how pleasant and nice I was. Did she read my chart before we met and judge me expecting me to be a difficult person? She invited me to her group thinking it was a support group but everyone there signs a waiver beforehand and we each get 4 minutes for a meds check. This is a way for her to do a meds check on 10 clients at a time. I thought this would be in addition to a monthly one on one med check with her. Everyone’s been in the group for years and years. I felt like an outsider. In the short time I did get she didn’t LISTEN to what I was saying, just gave me a quick snap judgement and moved on to the next person. Creepy.

Overworked as all are at pamf, but no excuse for poor empathy and perspective-taking. Inappropriate to focus on own stress rather than client concerns.
