Dont waste your time
I will leave one star because of the nurse and other employees working with her. The nurse was attentive and great. The doctor on the other hand spent less than ten minutes with me. When the visit was over, she was upset that I was able to get an appointment with her since she’s not taking new patients. I made the appointment about 6-8 weeks before. She’s demeaning and has an awful bedside manner. I’m a registered nurse and I’d never make my patients feel this way. The many doctors I work with don’t treat their patients like that either. Since my visit this morning I have been feeling low, she treated me as if I’m disposable, and I am. They made sure to call me right away after the appointment to reschedule this so called 30 minutes appointment with another provider. The staff at the practice were all great, however, patients should not be treated like that. I wasted my time and money going in for the visit to count as nothing and I will have to see another provider to do the same visI

Don’t expect answers or responses. You have to take control of your own health as she certainly won’t.

Careless doctor
Been seeing her for years. All of a sudden she has stopped filling my meds and ignores pharmacy emails to refill. Putting my health at risk. Does not go over bloodwork results or any tests done. I will be looking for a new doctor.

She has been my doctor for three years. She knows me, follows my health closely, is always well informed, kind, caring, and expert. She has helped me reduce my medicines as my health has changed - I appreciate that she pays close attention to this and supports me in improving my health. I have moved a good deal for work and therefore changed doctors a number of times - she is one of the very best!

DR is amazing! Very caring. Will spend as much time as needed to answer questions. She was amazing for follow-ups for my DVT's and now diabetes. She is stern but I need that. Sometimes the wait time is long but then I remember that she has others patients and the waiting is worth it!

Incompetent and negligent. She ordered a catscan of my chest in May of 2015. At that time we were looking at my heart but the radiologist report shows a 9 mm nodule in my left lower lung lobe and recommended it be followed. She told me it was just a calcification. Another catscan 3 months later and radiologist report states it must be followed with more catscans, petscans and/or tissue sampling. She NEVER told me about this. Now I have lung cancer! I have to have my lower left lobe remove

She gets right to the point, shows genuine concern and building trust is easy with how descriptive and realistic with consequences of not caring enough to follow her instructions.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This woman is rude, condescending and has absolutely no bed side mannerisms. When I first started seeing her, she wanted to put me on Ritalin. Anyone w a brain should know Ritalin isn't meant for adults. I then spent 3 months trying out different medications, only to end up back on my original ADHD med. she also LOOOOVVESS to unnecessarily drug test people. I wouldn't even recommend her to my worst enemy. I'm currently looking for a new PCP bc of her.

Dr. Ramanathan is very willing to listen and in doing so, treats the patient as a whole and not simply on "autopilot." If you are upfront and honest, she will work with you to try different techniques and she has knowledge of both traditional treatment, but also current methods in this quickly evolving field of medicine. I would recommend Dr. Ramanathan.
