Dr. Nalan Reibschied, MD

Excellent Dr. listens to my concerns and opinions and offers advice without talking down to me. Takes time to be sure she has addressed what is needed.

The team at Dr. Reibscheid's office is outstanding. Always pleasant and accommodating, I feel like part of the family. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Nalan. I would highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend Dr Reibschied, listens well, documents records well, very helpful, easy to talk to. Wants to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Is willing to try different things if one thing doesn't work, she will try something else. Friendly, pleasant, has good sense of humor, great bed side manner, explains things well, gives you copies of lab results and so much more. I love her.

I visited doctor for the first time she was very engaged with me an she showed compassion and care! I so happy I found her. her staff is very helpful and so pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone :)

Dr. reibschied is a wonderful doctor that takes the time with you as a patient, She is very thorough, & explain everything with great detail. Not in just medical terms in human terms. She is very down to earth and is will to talk with you personally not just medically. She is great!! I would recommend her to anyone, Oh & her MA Brittney is fabulous all around. I used to have anxiety about lab draws, but now it easy and painless, 1st stick every time!

Dr Reibschied always takes time with me and never rushes during my appointment. She listens to what i am saying and never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. Everything is explained to me and followed up on. Brittney, her assistant is a doll. She's very kind and always helpful. I always feel like family when I walk into the office for an appointment, not something I've experienced with other doctors in the past.

Dr. Reibschied is a good doctor; but, watch out for her husband Bill! Bill is the receptionist for his wife Nalan. On the surface he seems nice, but if you cancel a follow up b/c you feel better,forget coming back for any other relative problem. My wife felt she had a broken rib,and wanted to get it checked after having bronchitis. When my wife called, Bill lectured her, took her off the list, & hung up on her. I called to stick up for wife. I got yelled at, told not to come back, & hung up on!

Spends time with her patients.. You're not just a number.

If you can avoid this doctor, I strongly encourage you to do so. The office staff is rude. The doctor does not look up drug interactions prior to writing scripts. In short, this is not the place to receive competent healthcare.

I wouldn't know because I can't get pass the RUDE GUY that answers the phone everytime I call to even try to get an appointment with the Doctor! He is Enough to make me NOT even want to go to her. Jerk! My other doctor sends for prior auths and she approves it, but I've never seen her, again because I can't get past jerk that answers phone. I have medical issues and would like to see her but obviously that's not gonna happen. Amazing how some people keep their jobs.

She takes the time to listen to your concerns and symptoms. Does not over schedule so you do not wait long in the office. With genuine concern she explains in detail the findings of exam and tests, then provides a written copy of the findings.
