Bad customer service
Very long wait after appointment time, too long. The 10-minute consult also was a waste of time. The office medical assistant failed to get a prescription into SISU pharmacy two days in row. So, two days without intravenous medication and then having to wait until next Monday over the weekend to find out where this prescription is? You never see the real doctor (MD) in this office and the question is why not? Very frustrating. I have no idea what medicine(s) to take from infectious disease. Guess that's another phone call, like contacting the dead.

The 18 year old at the front desk is killing them
Making an appointment with the offsite gentleman is not a problem but getting the front desk to answer or return a call is impossible. I tried for WEEKS to get someone to call me back to get orders for blood draws but nothing!!!! You will not see the Dr. But her PA/RNP is excellent when you finally can see her. Go somewhere else if you can!

This place is a joke, they do not return phone calls, make you wait 45 mins after your appointment to be seen. The girls at the front desk just show each other videos on their phones, talk about other patients very loudly, and generally are not helpful. As for the doctor no issues but the rest makes it not worth it.

TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF
Staff are a barrier to all communications. Do not go here if you want anyone to guide, advise, answer questions or help you in any way. Calls go unanswered. If you do get through, no doctor/NP/PA ever gets the message. Felt like I was hanging over a cliff with no rope. Waited WEEKS for antibiotic orders, then they went to the pharmacy actually wrong. No help adjusting medications according to lab results. This is TERRIBLE patient care.

RUDE
We waited 2 hours in their small and crowded waiting room, then 1 more hour in a smaller and stuffy room to see Dr. Zaheer. Then she actually took a phone call while she was in the room with us. Terrible. She is the rudest, most arrogant and argumentative Doctor I've ever met in my life. Going elsewhere.

I have a long history of multiple infections difficult to treat. Dr Zaheer was not only compassionate and kind but very knowledgeable. Twice I have fallen under her can I believe that finally after 20 years of endless antibiotics I will leave her care infection free. Dr. explains her plan why she implemented the plan and what I can expect. So very grateful that I fell under her care this will be the end of a long difficult infection. Thank you Doctor

Near to imposible to get office staff on the phone. Calls go to answering service. Well over a doz. calls never returned. Would not return calls by my home care nurse. Staff was reluctant to go to DR with my concerns. I had a PICC line in my arm 3 weeks longer than necessary. All I needed was a Dr order for my nurse to remove it. The office lost my lab results, blamed nurse, saying she didn't send them, told me to wait 2 weeks till my appoint. Only when I got very angry did I get results

No follow-up on status of active cases. Communication non-existent with patient or providers using her services. Everything is a lame excuse ... I'm a consultant, it's not my responsibility.
