I would rate below 1 if I could. Dr. Kohli was rude, disrespectful and had unacceptable behavior. He wouldn't listen. 3 doctors told my son he needs oxygen on 3 liters. Dr. Kohli told my son take it off because he didn't need it. Because of insurance issues, we had to change doctors and ended up with Dr. Kohli. I will pay cash somewhere else before coming back here. Awful experience.

In 2019 I was hospitalized for a COPD infection. He was rarely available for Q & A. Got more info from the infectious disease Dr. who took ample time with me and he answered all my questions and fears. Tried to make an appt. after discharged but office staff not helpful, finally assigned to their Nurse P.A. instead. I cancelled my appt. and searched for another Pulm. Dr.

I did not care for his manner at all. He wants to be in and out of the exam room as quickly as possible. He has a superior attitude that made me feel very uncomfortable and was unavailable to discuss an issue with me that I needed his assistance with. I was only able to speak with his Nurse. I was told if you don’t like it, go find another Doctor...and that is exactly what I did!! Could not be happier!!

I must rate this with 1 Star as there is no option lower than that! If you have complaints with this office and continue to voice them, they will certainly fix the problems by firing you as a patient. They have excuses for everything, never accept blame. Instead they get angry at anyone who has a grievance and if you continue to point out their ineptitude the office will drop you as a patient. This physician is rude, willing to acknowledge problems in their office, but will NOT do anything above and beyond basic care to try to appease you but will never allow discussions about the poor quality office staff and procedures.

Poor medical care. Have to wait 3 months for initial appointment. If you have questions and leave voice mails (only way to get to them) they NEVER call you back. Asked the N.P. to help me get a new CPAP mask and she shook her head, and never helped me. Very disappointment in entire practice. Only saw the Dr. on the initial visit. At least you have the Dr.'s tech/nurse is somewhat helpful if you can actually have her answer her phone.

The office is clean and comfortable, but we have visited twice now, and both time had an hour wait before we were seen, past our scheduled time. When bringing this concern up with the doctor, we were brushed off. Told the appointment is not something set in stone, and he may or may not get to see us at the time. If we couldn't wait, we could leave. We will be finding another specialist. Not once was even an insincere apology offered for the outrageous wait time.
