I called for a post covid hospitalization appointment on a Monday. I was told that her PA would be in touch to ask me questions and schedule an appointment. I waited 4 days to hear back from the PA. When I did get a call back the person was surly and nasty and offensive. Oh and she was just the office assistant. So when I started asking questions she couldn't answer and told me that I had to make my own decisions I asked her if she was a PA an she laughed and said the PA would never call to schedule an appointment. At that point I told her what I had been told and suggested that her office "get their story straight" and she hung up on me. I wouldn't go to this office if this doctor was the last pulmonologist left on Earth. If her staff is any indication of how she runs her practice then nothing good can come out of here. It is outrageous that it takes her appointment person 4 days to return a call to schedule an appointment. RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. Alternatively, if this of
