Dr. Nadia Arshad, MD

My first appointment with this physician was for an infection that could have be treated with an antibiotic for effective results. Dr. Arshad arrived 30mins after the scheduled appointment time, provided no treatment, and directed me to visit the emergency room if the infection were to continue past a week. Her demeanor was kind, but her actions negated the purpose of the visit. This caused my infection to worsen. According to other medical providers, If Dr. Arshad had prescribed an effective treatment at the time of my appointment, I would not have needed to seek other physicians to be treat and control the infection.

My experience with this doctor was disappointing and concerning. After receiving lab results that needed attention, I reached out for guidance. Instead of providing assistance or interim care, the doctor simply told me to contact a specialist - despite knowing I couldn't get an appointment for 6 months. This response showed a lack of care coordination and left me in a difficult position regarding my medical needs.

I think she is a awesome Dr,I have been her patient for many years,I followed her from another practice.She has an amazing bedside manner, she listens and she explains things

She takes time to answer all my concerns every time, I have been going to her for over 2 years now. She is not only my doctor but sees my daughters too. Her followup is remarkable

Does not listen to you and makes you submit to unnecessary testing because she's "a*al" about it. She actually said those words to me. I have never disliked a medical professional so intensely.
