Very Unprofessional and Unempathetic.
Both Dr. Malek and his staff are rude and curt to the patients. I had a critically low vitamin D level, and he never notified me of that or even ordered medication to correct it. I came in with complaints of coughing and lung congestion, and he never once did a physical exam on me. He didnt' listen to my lungs with his stethoscope. Instead, he sat clear across the room from me asking questions like he was afraid to be near me. When I started to tell him what was wrong with me, he stopped me and told me that I had too many things going on and that I should have been visiting him regularly. He went on to say that he could only take care of one thing that day and that I would have to make an appointment for the rest. He ordered an antibiotic for me, without even examining me, and walked out of the room. Very rude and uncaring attitude!

This dr doesn't even deserve a one star review.
One of the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. His bedside manners are unacceptable. He treated my elderly 85 year old father with such disrespect each time he would go for an appointment, and the way he talked to his staff was so disappointing to listen to. My father felt like this doctor was his only option because of his insurance. After going with him to one of his visits and seeing how he treated my dad I made several phone calls and found him a doctor who actually cared and listened to him without talking to him like he was trash. Will never recommend this physician. Probably the worst manners I have ever seen in a human being whose job it is to care for sick people.

I saw "Dr" M about 10 yrs ago. had to bring my 2 yr/old with me that day, was made to wait for 2 hrs for a visit that should have taken 15 min. My child started to get hungry and cry. When Malek came in, he was aggravated, TOOK my child from my arms, handed him to his nurse. When I protested, he told me to sit down so he could get the appt over with. NO apologies, alternate appt offered, nothing! He also told me( T1DM to do the Keto, that would have shut my kidneys down!! DO NOT waste your money!

I have been a patient of Dr. Malek for almost 10 years. When I first met him, I thought he was mean and didn't have a good bedside manner. As I continued to see him and got to know him, I realized that he has a heart of gold. If you want a doctor to tell you the truth and not sugar coat, then he is the one for you. If not, you may want to keep searching.

I know doctor Malek personally but when I call his office to make an appointment for my family the lady that answered the call was not helpful, not respectful, neither supportive. She was very rude. Then I started looking for another doctor.

This man is honest and smart. He doesn't feed you any bs. He won't tell you to get an expensive procedure that you don't need to get him money.
