Dr. Issa performed an emergency surgery on me in 2017. He was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and made me feel as if he cared about my well being.

Dr. Issa saved my life after a bus accident, when I had to be medivacced back to the US. In 2 years he performed 3 major bowel surgeries and multiple medical ‘procedures” on me. I have a serious underlying condition which rendered me the least suitable patient for involved surgeries. Through 14 months of nursing homes, RIC and marvelous 12West at NMH, Dr. Issa explained my situation to both me and my daughter (who he would call in London!) clearly & calmly. At any time of the day or night..

Made me feel comfortable when going into an emergency surgery. Described what was going to happen briefly with enough explanation that I felt well informed. Followed up after surgery to check in with me and make sure I was healing properly.
