Best PCP ! Compassionate and Kind
I have been with Dr Meda for over 15 years. She has supported me through difficult times emotionally and physically. Dr Meda listens and encourages me and has helped me to see the progress I have made in taking control of my health. I have respect for her and know how busy she is so I do not put much thought into the fact that it can be hard to reach her. I find the portal is the most effective way to communicate with her and the staff at Atrius. I would highly recommend Dr Meda.

Difficult to reach
Dr. Meda is very hard to reach. There are has been multiple occasions where I have left her messages regarding my prescription or a health question for which she does not respond to. Whenever I had an urgent care visit, she never followed up and checked on me to see how I am doing. What is the point of having a PCP who does not really follow up on any medical visit or so. My previous PCP would always follow up in case I had an urgent care visit or ER visit, and refill requests. I am going to have to change from dr meda

The best doctor I've had!
Dr. Meda is a great doctor, not only does she take the time to listen, attentive, compassionate, polite and knowledgeable she does not hesitate like other doctors I've had. I have seen quite a few providers within my time, and I have to say she is hands down the best doctor! I have been going to her for over 12 years and she never disappoints. She communicates through the patient portal, makes medication refills a breeze, and she is by far the most honest doctor I have come across. I will continue my care at the practice only for her - I honestly don't even know what I would do if she retired. That's something I don't even want to think about.

Dr Meda has been my Doctor at Atrius for many years. More than 5 for sure. Could even be 10. Time goes quickly. First off, she is very SMART. She never will not order a test or not search for an answer. I’m 71, gone through lots of drs, especially with my RA, and she is the best. I can actually say I love her. She is so caring and compassionate towards me. Always intently listens to me and I can TALK. I can be myself. I’m comfortable talking about anything. No fear of being judged. And I know I’m in excellent hands with her. She really cares for her patients. I have NEVER felt rushed. NEVER. I love that about her. I would never consider another doctor and I feel blessed to have found Dr Meda. I did have a different dr for over 20 years but once I had Dr Meda for an emergency I switched doctors. ??

Dr Meda is the BEST in internal medicine – Jul 16, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Meda?
Overall, a very good doctor. Probably the best at her branch. My two years with this doctor had more positives than negatives. She will listen to specialists, but might not refer you to one right away. If she does, it might not have been necessary. She can be a bit eager, for lack of better words, to prescribe medications she likes, and that can lead to problems if you are sensitive to medications. This is a four-star doctor in spite of that. She will listen, and wants you to be on top of your heath. I just happened to come across a five-star one recently.

Dr. Meda was the second doctor I went to within the practice I go to. I was immediately impressed with her. She has great bedside manner and is so incredibly kind. She listens when I have concerns and is usually right on the money about cause and diagnosis. She was the first doctor to think about checking my gallbladder, and it is good she did! It needed to be removed. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. 10/10.
