Dr. Branch and her staff are all very friendly and professional. The environment in the office is clean and peaceful.

The staff got me scheduled quickly and listened to my concerns about switching meds and made Dr. Branch aware. Dr. Branch is great and informative has a way of breaking down the issues in a way you understand. I love being a patient

Extremely negligent doctors office. Horrible at sending in prescriptions, rarely answers the phone, never calls back. Not a single one of the administrative staff seems to care about their job or the fact that they literally hold people’s lives in their hands. Wish I had never gone here.

No investment in patient care, carelessness in med management upon discontinuation of office service. Where is Dr Myrtho Branch…passes all my appointments to PA. Asked for actual detailed depression and manic action plans as well as revised medication recommendations Jan 5, 2023…nothing received as of Jan 20, 2023….Rude, entitled office Manager Mary hung up on me during crisis that could have hospitalized me. Run don’t walk to another Psychiatrist. My gut was right. Trust this review.

Dr Branch is a great Psychiatrist. I never felt any animosity during our visits, besides the last one. I apologized for that. I primarily had difficulty with her assistant. She was disorganized, poor scheduler, a very poor communicator and rude.

I am so happy that I finally found the best care for my daughter. Dr. Branch and Nathan Howard, PA-C have been so thorough, kind, caring and helpful. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this practice! Thank you Dr. Branch and Nathan.

This is worst doctor's office that I have ever experienced. It is impossible to get a call back. It is nearly impossible to take care of prescription refills. Our pharmacy (which is amazing) has communicated to us that they are non-responsive to even their requests. Administratively, a complete disaster. The medical records are also an issue. My daughter has been prescribed medicines that we established in prior years that did not work for her. There are not very many options for treatment of depression and anxiety for young people, which is the only reason this office is still open. Very sad, but unfortunately true.

It is impossible to get a call back from this doctor. It is impossible to get a refill phoned in when needed or even a response back from this office. My daughter had an appointment which was canceled by Dr. Branch's office due to her illness and I told the office manager at the time she needed a refill on her meds (very important) I was assured I would get a call back and refill would be phoned in. After three weeks and several phone calls from myself and the pharmacy, NO ONE from Dr. Branch's office has bothered to call back. Once the office manager picked up the phone, sighed heavily and hung up on me. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL for a care giver of children who's well being depends on getting medication refilled. This is not the first time we have had this problem with this office. Safe yourself more stress and find a different doctor who is concerned with the well being of her patients

Dr. Branch has cared unceasingly for my autistic son for about 19 years. She relates SO well to him. She listens to me as his mom. She is responsive to all questions I have and needs he has.

Until I met Dr. Branch through Pasadena Villa Family of Services Orlando campus. I had put up with several subpar psychiatrists from the age of 4.5 years old. By about the second or third week under her care ,She. Ahar ordered A genesite s genome and Phenom test through Assurex Health which showed that I lacked the adiquate genome and Phenom type for proper absorbtion f folic acid. She then put me on L-methylfolate and it's s greatly increased my quality of Life.

Dr. Branch truly cares for her patients, even after hours when it can be most important. She shows genuine concern, not only for the well-being of her patient, but also, caregivers alike. She takes note of physical actions & responses; considering any possible side effects of meds. She's known amongst colleagues for being current with practices. Her hours are flexible to meet varying needs and has helpful staff to assist in appts. She even remembers patient and family from one visit to the next.

Nice person who is suited to minors and mentoring med students. Takes patients outside her specialty. Has taken new patient seen by others over many years who got stable taking multiple meds and instead of observing over time, make her diagnosis sure was very quick to not only make diagnosis but not of change one med at a time, gradually withdrawing others she changed almost everything leaving patient completely demoralized.,Though she holds opinions that treatment can help muchrefuses to readup
