This doctor ignored my primary concern about my long-standing back problems and never really asked me anything about my subjective experience of pain. He assumes he know what you need without any kind of thorough assessment.

This was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen, and that's really saying something considering there's no shortage of terrible doctors at Kaiser. When he walked into the exam room to see me for the first time as a new patient, he didn't even introduce himself. He didn't address all of my medical concerns, called my painful cyst a "cosmetic" issue, not covered by insurance, and I had to REQUEST labs and a prescription for an important issue he didn't even bother addressing.
