Extremely Impressive
Dr. Soe is not only thoughtful and thorough, but also has a patient and kind bedside manner. It's obvious that Dr. Soe takes the time to review patient records and retain them in his memory, and he and his office are highly responsive to messages (once you're in the system as a patient of their practice). Simply put, Dr. Soe has exceeded my high expectations for a UCSF endocrinology practitioner.
