Nice Doctor . Staff followup terrible
Referred by my GP. Saw Dr. My Dec.10 staff did EKG and Doctor was concerned enough to order a stress test and Echocardiogram with follow up in 6 weeks. His Med. assistant said they would order right away so they would be done by the time of my follow up up. Also said they would call in for a nitro prescription to my pharmacy. Scheduling said they would call right away about follow up and let me know. After hearing nothing and several phone calls to Cardiac scheduling I got to talk to a live person almost 30 days and explained my issue. I was told that they don't schedule those tests and to call a different number and they would have the order. Also was informed Dr. My had no openings until May. Called the other number who said they had no order for the tests .So basically Dr. My saw something on the EKG he did not like and staff was supposed to order tests and set a follow up of which none of that happened and if I get the tests done I have to wait 5 months to see him.

He is a super good Doctor, listens to my concerns and works with me on my meds, and and health issues. Has a super good personality, very nice man. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.
