No. Dr.Sikder cared for my father after heart surgery and prescribed him with medication that for reasons unexplained are on hold. We've tried to contact Dr.Sikder several times to get his approval on the medication per the pharmacy, but no one will return our messages. Today my father had to go back to the hospital because of chest pain and shortness of breath less than 2 mos after open heart bypass surgery. We were told the medication my father hasn't been able to get, thanks to this doctor's lack of response, is absolutely vital. This different hospital is now running test and trying to get things sorted out. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of care that has been shown by Dr. Sikder.

I am a retired MD and was recently hospitalized with a ruptured appendix. During the hospitalization I had several occasions where I met Dr. Sikder as he was managing aspects of my care following surgery. He was all you could hope for in a physician. He was gentle, kind, informative and took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect. He was never rushed and always comforting and pleasant. I am delighted to have had such a physician.
