She just doesn't care
Rushes you through appointments, won't listen to concerns, the office will never call back when I leave a message and it goes to voicemail almost all the time.

Rude & Arrogant
It is my first and last time going to this Dr. I only needed to get a routine blood work. I was shocked by the way she treated me ..she was rude, unprofessional talks in a bossy, arrogant way...I have noticed the fear on her staffs eyes when she was talking to them...she projects a superiority attitude and treats patients like she is running a factory.. She cares more about the patient's money than the actual patient. She would not let me get a word in or explain my concern. SHE KNOWS IT ALL! Her office coded the script wrong which caused me to pay money out of pocket. After several attempts of contacting her office, I was finally able to talk to the manager/ her husband who was also rude and arrogant and said : "we have been in business for 20 years.. we know how to code.." and hang up on me .The lab is still working with the Dr' to correct the coding from diagnostic to routine.. She is only a general Dr. I wonder how she would behave if she actually had a specialty!

I have been taking my mother and step grandmother to Dr. Moon for years and i sit in on each visit. I am thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Moon's care of my relatives. She is very thorough. See the review I wrote.

I have decided today that I can no longer put my health in jeopardy by trusting her as my physician. After 2 years and never once having an actual exam and what I mean by that is that she has only sat me in a chair and taken notes. I watched her do this to a majority or her patients so this is common practice. How many people are suffering because all she does is read bloodwork or tests that she has run. That is not serving your patient, that is being worthless as a doctor and having any concern with their actual well being.

We booked an appointment and we went to the office and waited about 2 hours and we found out she squeezed too many patients in the hour we visited. We ended up leaving after 2 hours because we didn't know how much longer we would have stayed.

She is a good doctor caring and interested in your health. Her front desk staff can be very rude and unhelpful. They listen but do not hear so it is useless trying to make them understand. I hope this comment is read and good service is provided. It does not matter how busy they are, no excuse to be rude and try to reprimand some one when they call in for assistance. Be aware you have a job because of patients, if we go elsewhere you may be out of work. Have respect for your job and patients.

I have been going to dr moon for a couple years. The first 9-12 months she seemed like she was a caring, compassionate person. took her time to listen to my health concerns. Unfortunately, since then all of these traits that I look for in a dr are no more. My wait time to see her is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, my time spent with dr moon consists of sitting in a chair at her desk while she types away on a computer. No kind of physical at all. Total time w/ dr 5-7 mins. Would never rec!
