Total out of touch ready to retire condescending patient profiler. Made several inappropriate comments and showed he doesn’t care to read it keep current with medical news or advances and issues related to new drugs. I was honest and polite while he was dismissive and rude. Don’t go to this place. Sad cause his staff seemed nice. Bet he pays em really well? I worked in the medical field my whole life and I know doctors and this one is just plain bad and lacks patient care skills.

Dr.Kimmel is such a up to date practical approach doctor, putting nutrition into play. He has honestly and very frankly answered my many questions aimed at trying to avoid medication when proper diet is an appropriate solution.
His office staff is prompt, friendly and efficient. I appreciate them all so very much.

This is my second visit and I'm waiting as we speak. Dr. Kimmel is great however, the witch at the front desk is horrible! I arrive & she literally closed the window in my face! When I made my appointment I asked her if she needed my insurance info in order to confirm my deductible prior to. Her lazy butt refused & told me no need. Of course when I arrived, give her my card THEN she tells me an amount I was not prepared for. If u don't like your job, GET ANOTHER! Customer Service 101!!!!

Dr Kimmel is great but his staff and front desk receptionist is extremely rude and needs to get off her high horse .... She never has a good attitude and gives his office a bad vibe! Won't be going back or referring anyone else there.... Leave ur nasty attitude at the door!
