His office staff is rude and doesn’t listen to anything a patient has to say. He is nice when you get the chance to see him. But you usually see the NP. Calls are ignored. If something outside of the treatment plan arises like an infection or symptoms they aren’t used to. There’s no visit in the hospital and you’re left in the dark as to how treatment will continue. Appointments are cancelled without notification. As well as schedulers get patients confused when they call to remind you of appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. B. since 2015 and he has provided thoughtful and science-forward care and treatment advice. He is pleasant physician and a positive person. I believe he keeps up with any new treatment protocols and would change my treatment if a more effective/beneficial treatment became available. Nurses are efficient and return calls when asked.
