I went to the office but they didn’t check me. They said to go after 2 weeks. I don’t know who’s the dr there. I wish I can see dr Munzer Arnouk ( I was out of the country for over 3 years )

Dr. Munzer Arnouk has been my doctor for the past 20 years and I trust him 100%. He is the best with bedside manners. My whole family goes to him. Jackie, Eli and Crystal absolutely amazing and accommodating staff. There is another doctor there, Dr. Sami, who is also very good. Yes, the wait is 45 minutes to an hour, but worth every minute..Any doctor you go to see, you have to wait.

The staff at the saddle brook office are ridiculous. I went to have clearance form done, which took them 2 months to complete and left it half blank. When I called and asked why they left it blank, i was yelled at by the receptionist stating that it is because i DID NOT GIVE THEM THE INFO!.wait, I am suppose to get all my lab results and xray results and bring it to them??The Doctor does not check the tests he sends you to have? I guess not because they did not tell me I have abnormal results!!!

The wait is horrible - both times close to an hour late. The office should call patients if they are running late and not receive snotty reposes that they cannot predict if he will be in time. The waiting room is dirty, magazines are scattered all over the place. The doctors friendliness and expertise is not enough for me to come back. Thanks.
