Great Dr.
Great, he is caring and explains everything well. He will not leave you hanging but will break down his knowledge to plain English so that you understand everything.

Very good Dr. who cares
Dr. Zafar is very knowledgeable in many endocrine disorders. He explains lab results and very thorough in relaying these to his patients. He is also an oncologist who knows much about blood related illnesses.

He is absolutely AWFUL! It took over a month of calling to get my everyday (NOT NEW) medication refilled, only to have him say he wasn't going to fill it after all. He books multiple patients (I've witnessed up to four) all at the exact same appointment time because that's how little time he cares to spend with his patients! Which in itself is bad enough but he is CONSTANTLY running an hour late for appointments since he drives in from elsewhere. My friend didn't believe me when i told her how short the appointments were until she came to one with me. We sat in waiting room for one hour and then sat in a patient room for about 15 minutes, all for a visit with him which was two and a half minutes (she timed it!) After a test result came back he gave me the name of this new diagnosis but would tell me absolutely nothing else about it! Honestly, there is not a single good quality that would cause me to recommend him to anyone!

I have been with Dr Zafar for about a year and a half. I trust him completely with my care. He actively listens to concerns from not only me, but my husband as well & takes the time to make sure we understand before moving on to the next. He LISTENS and adjusts for the best course of treatment. I feel more like myself than I have in years and I have him to thank for that!
