Unreasonably long wait for an unprepared Dr
The office and nursing staff was wonderful. We waited 6 months for an appointment with this Dr. We then waited in the room for an hour before a med student came into see us. I’m absolutely happy to be a part of educating the students however it’s unfair for a child to have to wait that long. I asked to see the Dr. He had clearly not looked at any of my child’s history, rendering the entirety of this appointment basically useless. I’m not a Dr and I can’t regurgitate years of medical history effectively. Extremely disappointing.

Poor time management
I brought my child in for an appointment with this doctor today. I arrived early for my appointment and had to wait over a half an hour until I was even put into a room. Then we proceeded to wait in the room for about an hour. During that time a 30 medical student came, and did our physical exam and took our history. When the doctor did finally arrive ( 90 minutes late for my appointment ), he couldn’t be bothered to actually examine my child. He didn’t identify himself. He was somewhat dismissive, and then asked us as it was near lunchtime if we could go out and have lunch before we had our allergy tests. I was incredulous as I’ve never seen this before in any doctors office ever. He didn’t even address the fact that he was 90 minutes late for my scheduled appointment which took several weeks to set up. Personally, I will never bring my child to this doctor again. I had to take her out of school and she missed four hours of school for what realistically was a 90 minute appointmen

I have bad reactions to multiple foods and air freshener. Dr. Pasha condescendingly told me, three times, that there's no way to be allergic to air freshener because it doesn't have proteins and there's no way to test for it. He did do testing for IgE allergies and a patch test. The nurse who put the patches on seemed confused about which one she put where because she labeled them after putting them all on and put them in an unusual order (small back). She erased some numbers on me with an alcohol pad and relabeled them. Patch testing showed an allergy to some metals. After my patch test he just told me to avoid costume jewelry. He forgot to even send me with a printout on the things I came up positive for. He had no interest in looking any further into my issues with foods or air freshener. He told me since none of them are IgE allergies (even though they make me horribly sick) I don't have to avoid them. I'm not even sure if my patch test results were accurate.

Condescending and utterly unhelpful. Dr. Pasha did not even perform a physical evaluation of my body-wide hives and angioedema, nor did he look at the photos documenting the course of my affliction. He also refused to do the laboratory draws to test for the very reason my primary care doctor referred me to an immunologist. He simply lectured me on what hives are (as if I didn't know), declared them "idiopathic," and wrote a script for an antihistamine that provides no relief.

NEVER GO TO HIM. I took my baby to him due to suspected egg allergy. I provided detailed history complete with photographs. He did a patch test and it clearly showed that she had an issue with egg. But he looked at her arm and said no allergy -fine to give eggs. Only after I expressed concern did he concede to blood test which confirmed the allergy. He refused to give epi pen script. I spoke with other doc in practice about results and he was very concerned and insisted on giving an epi Rx
