Frustrated!
I have been a patient for 10 years, but I recently changed my insurance which resulted in my PA ordering the wrong medication for me. I have called twice, leaving voicemails, with no response. I then sent two emails, again with no response. I'm 79 years old and drive very little, so going there is a major effort that I try to avoid.

Best doctor I have found in Nevada so far
Have been living in Nevada for 3 years and Dr Nayer is by far the best doctor I have seen. Took the time to consult and perform several tests while in the office. Explained every aspect of tests and ordered all the exams/test to identify my illness. Truly interested in our inputs and the staff cared to provide us with the quickest and best labs so we could continue our treatments. Could not be happier

STAFF UN PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR
Dr Nayar an PA Gupta are well qualified professionals, and they take care of their patients. What is failing this practice is the arrogance, rudeness, non-professional conduct of their staff. The billing person messes up the invoice using a software that runs away on here. The so-called office manager never returns calls, the entire practice is on voice mail that is never answered. This is patient abuse. It needs to stop. Short of staff is not an acceptable excuse.

Should be 0 stars. I was waiting 4 months for an appointment with Muna. Show up for my appointment November 17 and was told they left a message today stating that Muna no longer works there. She evidently left in September to take a job in Phoenix. Shouldn't they have rescheduled all of her appointments as soon as she left? I show up for my rescheduled appointment and was 20 minutes late due to traffic. I drive 1.5 hours to get there. I was told that I would have to reschedule. I said no you can squeeze me in I've been 30 minutes early and waited an hour past my appointment time. Mind you the guy that was checking in beside me was 5.5 hours late and he was told they would squeeze him in. The staff was extremely rude.

I arrived 30 minutes early as directed for a new pt visit and was told they never received my paperwork I had faxed. After insisting it had been sent, they actually looked and it was within arm's reach. My appt still didn't begin until 40 minutes after the scheduled time (yes, 70 minutes after I arrived) and Dr. Nayer didn't see me until 25 minutes after that. He was dismissive of my condition that I had faxed confirmation of ahead of time, and when I handed him a hard copy he remained dismissive and skeptical. Fast-forward: I request a med refill Wednesday. By Friday, the pharmacy still had nothing. I called at 10am and was assured it would be sent. At 6pm, it had not been. The answering service informed me they could not reach anybody for the purpose of medication refills, so I will have to wait for Monday, at which point I will be out. Dr. Nayer is distant, dismissive, rude, disrespectful, careless, and inconsiderate. I plan to drive 4 hours for care rather than return.

Dr. Nayer is a great listener and very caring. I have seen alot of doctors and he is probably the best I have ever had. His staff is kind and always willing to go the extra mile. You can't go wrong with having Dr. Nayer as your doctor and you will get better with him on your team.

Dr. Nayer seems to be knowledgeable. He is a very friendly and nice man. But, also very quiet. If you want to know what he's doing or why .. best to ask, as he doesn't seem to explain things as he goes. He's only in Las Vegas one day, every other week. This makes seeing him and following up time consuming. And they take walkins.. People with an appointment end up waiting also. The waiting room was so full, I was in a hallway outside the office.

I am very disappointed in the treatment of this office for my mother, whom is a newly diagnosed Alzheimer's patient. Dr. Nayer placed my mother on a medication which she responded terribly to. I placed 3 calls to the office and was told that they were "too busy" for the medical assistant to speak with me. I was informed that I couldn't talk directly to Dr. Nayer and then tech would call me in 24 hrs. Never received a call and they apparently don't care about her reaction or her as a patient.
