Good Dr. but you should prepare to lose your day waiting around. Appointment times don't mean anything. Whether you're seeing the Dr or getting tests done, nothing runs on time

I contacted this office regarding vertigo migraines, a debilitating condition, and was told I needed a referral from my primary doctor. My doctor promptly sent the required documents twice, yet I had to follow up repeatedly over five days while in discomfort, only to be told today that I was denied. The lack of communication, empathy, and timely decision-making is unacceptable for a medical practice, especially one dealing with neurological issues. Patients deserve clearer guidance and a more compassionate process. Extremely disappointed.

When I first entered Dr. Ismail's office I found it to be very clean, and his staff very busy but helpful at the same time. My wait to see the doctor was not long, and on time. Once meeting Dr. Ismail I found him to be professional and caring in the way he spoke to me about my problems. He then ran some test, which he explained why they were needed and what to expect form them. I will continue to see Dr, Ismail in the future. Thank you to Dr. Ismail and his staff for their help.

Dr Ismail was very nice and caring. His concerns for the problems I have Other then what I went there for left you feeling like he truly cares. He went over and above with explaining and asking questions and gave great recommendations. I would recommend his office in Tamarac to anyone because he and his staff are very professional and work and schedule on a timely fashion.

Had a stroke in December 2024 have had 3 appointments with Dr Muhammad . Every visit has been through and complete. He seems very caring , good listener and compassionate. As a result of my stroke i have been to several doctors for follow up and his office rates the highest in politeness, timelessness and overall experience. I feel fortunate to receive his numerological care.

The Doctor really takes the time to listen to the patient concerns. You can have a real discussion with this Doctor and not feel rushed.

Dr. Ismail was very thorough. He answered all of my questions. Reviewed the materials I brought with me. Set up a plan to help me and other testing to accurately determine my issues.

Dr. Ismail is a wonderful doctor. He didn't rush me. He actually listened to me. The office is very organized. Documents were texted to me and I was able to complete everything online. The staff is very nice, Ms. Kendra set up everything for me. The wait for my first appointment was 30 minutes, my second appt. was a 10 minute wait. Highly recommend this Neurologist.

He is kind and listens to the patient. It was blessing finding him.

I went to Dr Ismail for chronic migraines. I was not asked to bring any prior medical records. Dr Ismail was very pleasant but I left unsatisfied with no prescriptions or anything. In addition, once he saw that I was on an antidepressant, I was asked if I see a psychiatrist. I told him no that my primary doctor prescribed them for me and they work well. I left with an appointment for his wife that practices psychiatry there as well. : (
