Dr. Mousa Alwawi, MD

Receptionist and assistants are rude and unprofessional. They always put on hold to the point you have to go in the office to make an appointment. They not only put you on hold but hang up on you after.

Dr. Alwawi has been my PCP for many years. He truly cares about my health and has always been both personable and professional. How anyone could give him less than 5 stars is beyond me.

The doctor seems good. The staff however are friendly but appear to be incompetent. My wife was told by her cardiologist that she needed a urgent referral to a specialist which needed to be submitted by her primary care doctors office. The office was informed of the need for the referral and that it was urgent. The first day after being notified they went home early and did not submit the referral. The next business day my wife called and it was not submitted but was told it would be. The following day she called and was told it still had not been submitted, my wife went to the office and spoke to the person responsible for submitting referrals and was told that it would be submitted, still waiting. If they are this slow on urgent request how slow are the for with routine referrals. Very disappointed.

Great doctor. It's rare you find someone who genuinely cares. Would and have recommended multiple times.

He is a very caring doctor. Never met anyone like him. I felt so comfortable and was able to tell him everything and he actually listened. Best doctor in my opinion.

Very friendly and truly cares about his patients and employees. Wouldn't see anyone else.

Dr. Al-Wawi is a wonderful doctor who is always willing to listen to my concerns and helps me in any way he can. I feel comfortable talking to him and appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Dr Al-Wawi is a wonderful and compassionate physician, and a all around great human being. He truly cares about the people he serves. We are so blessed to have him as our family physician. His nurse and staff are always polite and ready to assist. He is a breath of fresh air in the medical community!

Dr Alwawi is an amazing doctor. He listens to my concerns, is easy to talk to and takes the time to get to know me and my conditions. I feel comfortable talking to him and letting him know my health problems and concerns. Because he does take as much time needed with every patient, there is a wait time. But I would rather wait on a good doctor than be seen right away by a non-concerned doctor. My husband also sees Dr Alwawi, he feels the same way and would not want to see anyone else.

Dr Al-Wawi is probably the kindest physician I've had the privilege of seeing.His concern for his patients does create a wait time as he assures that all of his patients have the required attention they need.I will say, that I can't stand the wait time.It's very irritating, especially when your time is as valuable as his.There are two sides to every encounter, however, and with that said, perhaps it would be to the advantage of the practice to try making appts for more time to ease the wait time
