Appoiubntment
The doctor treated my father in the hospital and requested a follow-up visit. I tried for two weeks to get an appointment and could not get past the receptionist.

I am writing this for my mom who asked we make people aware of what a horrible experience she has had with this office and MD. She is of course seeing Dr. Ilbeigi for pain mgmt and her back is in horrible condition. She has 5 ruptured vertebrae, nerve compression, arthritis, etc. Working with the office personnel has been nothing short of frustrating. They gave us the incorrect prescription (AGAIN) so we had been trying to get ahold of a certain person in the office to get it fixed. Over and over we were told she was out of the office. After being told this again, I drove down to the office in person. The lady we had been trying to get ahold of was standing within site. I asked the front desk to speak with her and they said she was not there. So I pointed at her in the back and said "She's standing right there and you're going to lie to my face and say she's not here?" What was most insulting was when the MD told my mom "I don' believe you're in that much pain, you're dressed too nice"

Dr.LIbeigi has treated me and my wife four the last 4 years due to a change in insurance it was necessary to change pain management. Both of use feel he is understanding and has feelings about our pain. He has always given the proper medication as when needed. we will miss him.

This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a dr. Demanded numerous dr reports be faxed before an appt and then claimed they never received them. Lied and told me that they accepted my insurance (which is listed as one of their accepted insurances on this website) just to get me in to appt then demanded 20% in payment for expensive surgery my insurance would cover. Kept me in pain for 3 weeks while I jumped thru hoops to get an appt. In my opinion not a caring place.
