Indifferent - Minimal Engagement
I'm leaving a review for other parents like myself that rely on them to make decisions. We had to leave behind our beloved pediatrician when we moved... Why was he beloved? Because he set the gold standard: engaged, asked questions, listened. Spoke directly to the kids to check in, a wealth of knowledge and resources. Above and beyond with follow ups if the child was sick-his passion for his work and children showed at every single appointment. My kids left feeling inspired, understood, supported, safe, and well taken care of. UNFORTUNATELY, this was NOT the case with Dr. Adler. He was professional at least. Very quiet, somewhat disengaged, and the whole process very clinical. He didn't really try to get know or develop a patient-doctor relationship. For what? It was all awkward as we answered a few questions, waited for him to input it into the computer, and kept it moving along. I just wish that these Dr's that are supposed to "care" actually showed it as well.

HORRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I just filed a grievance with my insurance company against the after weeks of utter frustration and lack of response. I have to cancel yet another appointment with a specialist for my son because the incompetent and unreachable referrals office will not do its job. This will be the third appointment that's canceled for a child in chronic pain with Ehlers-Danlos. Tomorrow I am going to the medical licensing board to file additional complaints, and then I'm going to the county. The specialists' office, the insurance company and I have explained multiple times that I need an authorization number, but I am repeatedly told, through the receptionist staff that I cannot seem to get past, one fictional, incorrect, bizarre story after another about what needs to be done instead of what the ACTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY keeps telling them to do. Kids could die waiting for them.

Dr.Adler has been seeing my daughter since the day she was born. My husband and I have not only a sense of confidence, but also assurance while she is under his care. The staff at the Palm Beach Gardens location is alaways so kind and remember us by name. Thank you for all that you do.

Never in my life have I felt so disrespected as I have today. Me and my two young children drove to the PGA office all the way from Boca because we have a history with this doctor. My appointment was set for 930 as the message was left on my phone by the office, I arrived at 9:45 and at 10:20 I was told the doctor refuses to see me because we arrived late. My one year-old has strep throat and a milk allergy that doctor was aware of. What kind of a doctor turns a patient away ?

Horrible doctor. We have been seeing him at his practice for very many years we showed up a couple of minutes late and his uneducated awful front desk staff gave us a very harsh attitude and even cursed. When we asked to see the doctor to explain to him that we got there a few minutes late due to a flat tire he wouldn't even come out to see us find you there has never been a single visit that we did not have to wait at least one hour to even get him to come and see us for the visit.
