Helped me avoid needless surgery
I saw Dr. Gillard some years ago for the potential excision of a lump near my elbow. My regular derm, whom I also like, thought it should be removed. Dr. Gillard explained the pros and cons and was inclined to let it be, at least for the moment. Within a month, it was entirely resolved. So he helped me avoid painful and potentially risky surgery which would have been entirely unneeded. That is the kind of doc one can trust.

I had Moh's surgery last year with Dr Gillard. It's a drawn out process due to the depth/layers that have to be removed, 3 for me. He's a kind, patient and compassionate caregiver. And the office staff from the ladies at check in to the nurses/assistants were all very pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions and all my follow-up appt's were on time and treated just as importantly as the day of surgery. He also took into consideration my daughters impending wedding date so that I'd be healed in time! My 90 year old father was just referred for Moh's and I insisted we be sent to Dr Gillard.

Dr. Gillard and his staff know how to do it right. Doctor visits are not fun, but they handled my case with kindness, efficiency and professionalism. A spot on my cheek had to be removed; I needed a skilled physician who could completely remove the cancerous tissue and close the wound with minimal scarring. All the staff were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, Dr. Gillard explained everything clearly, was quick and efficient. He called me in the evening to check on me as well!

I cannot recommend Dr. Gillard highly enough. He and his staff are the ultimate professionals. The work he did on my upper lip last week is already almost not noticeable! I would go back to him in a nano-second, if I ever have further need.
