I had an appointment as a new patient. Their office had the wrong date for my appointment (i had paperwork w the date and time) I presented it at my scheduled appointment and was told my appointment was for following week but apparently I wasn't told this, and i would have to reschedule or if I wanted to see the doctor she would only give me 10 minutes. Staff offered no apology for their blunder and were very curt. I had this appointment scheduled almost 4 weeks in advance and had driven 1 hour to be there.

Excellent. She actually listened to me and subsequently made a couple medication changes which addressed my symptoms that I had repeatedly reported to a different provider. Dr, Dihn always returns my calls the same day. Ashley is consistently professional. I never wait which I appreciate, as our time is valuable too and an appointment is an appointment! She is our ohana’s primary care provider.

Dr. Dinh was indeed very thorough as other reviews I read suggested. However, I felt like I was being interrogated, not like I was being heard. Despite being part of the Queens network, she doesn't use Epic/MyChart which is a huge disappointment because it means I'd have to manually record all my test results, etc. I won't be going back.

From the time you call to schedule an appoint, enter the office to the actual exam room there is smooth transitions, communication is clear and you are treated in a quality, courteous manner. Dr. Dinh is very thorough, listens as well as asks questions that make you feel like you are truly being taken care of. She focusses on you and your concerns and addresses them until you are comfortable. Great doctor... efficient, effective and trustworthy

Dr. Dinh is patient and kind. She spends a great deal of time with me when I see her. She is on time and I have never had to wait long in the waiting room. When I am sick I can get an appointment. She addresses each of my concerns seriously and thoroughly. Dr. Dinh has a long serving staff member, Ashley, who is helpful and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond to my questions and addresses my needs politely and efficiently. Jessica is newer and quite rude. She even hung up on me.
