Dr. Monique Cohn, DO

dr. cohn is extraordinarily unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate of peoples’ feelings. i would never recommend her for any service. if zero stars was an option, that would be my rating.

I saw Dr. Cohn today, March 5, 2024, I was extremely disappointed with how she treated me. I saw her about 3 times. I was very happy with her, until now. I went to her because I was losing my hair, and she prescribed medication, in the meantime, I developed another problem. I wanted to make sure that the medication was not the cause of my current issue. She didn't let me even discuss my issues, when she stated that I should take this medication for my new problem, if I didn't want to, she would not be able to help me. She became rude and seemed upset with me. She didn't look at my scalp, my red spots on my face or view my photos of my rash on my phone, as I asked her. Just stood up in the middle of my conversation as I was being rushed out. My appointment was about 10 minutes. I think that this is unacceptable for a Doctor to display this arrogant conduct. After all, I was there for her help, and a paying patient.

Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable in her field. She is also very personable and friendly.

Thank you Dr. Cohn! You are SO nice. I knew it was something but not melanoma. Your staff was helpful in squeezing me in. And how grateful was I that you took it off the same day. When the pathology report came back showing you got it all gone, we cheered here after your phone call. I am delighted to have found you many years ago. You are my go to for everything skin and in making me look great. Poison ivy, rashes, hives, hair loss; you have helped me with everything. Also, my family, my friends and my co-workers all love you too. Please don't ever retire!

My mother, now 89 and in a nursing home, is a long time skin cancer patient of Dr. Cohn. When an issue arose concerning her skin care the office assisted me in navigating the steps and options of getting her medical attention. As her care giver advocate I am extremely grateful for the suggestions from Dr. Cohn's office as to how I should proceed. I small gesture on their part was received as an act of kindness 10-fold by me.

Dr. Cohn is such a fabulous person and dermatologist! My daughter was seeing another dermatologist and her acne was out of control and seeing scarring. As a teenager, this was destroying her self image. Dr. Cohn came up with a treatment plan, my daughter's acne has miraculously recovered (the other dermatologist we saw for 2 years and my daughter's acne kept getting worse and that's why this comment) and we are so happy with the experience we have had. We have not had to wait for visits. I typically call any specialist in advance to find out how they are running because they tend to have more complex cases and in some cases need to spend more time with a patient. The office staff is nice and responsive and Dr. Cohn is very caring and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Cohn!!!

2 hour wait, she strolls around like a princess. Rushed visit, most of work was done by assistant. Never again!

Waited an hour in office to be seen. Dr had no eye contact with me- was a first visit. Will not be back.

I've been seeing Dr. Cohn over 10 years, because she's that good. Procedures are always as painless as possible, very professional staff, accommodating appointments. She is most definitely the most knowledgeable dermatologist I've ever seen. I won't go anywhere else.

Good morning all , I’m just sitting here at home and wanted to share a little bit of my experience with Dr. Monique Cohn . I went to her office a few weeks ago at the urging of two of my friends . I was hesitant because it was a far ride but I made the trek . It was WELL worth it . The office was easy to find , they took me in my room within 5 mins . The staff was friendly and Dr. Monique immediately made me feel comfortable. She had a great smile , explained everything patiently in language I could understand and obviously knew what she was doing because I’m looking and feeling all better now . I would never hesitate going to see her again . She was well worth the ride . I heard she is doing virtual now during this crazy time .

Dr. Cohn is excellent! During the coronavirus emergency, she has been available for video consults. She has been treating my husband and me for the past few years. Dr. Cohn is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she has a great personality, too! We are lucky to have her in Twinsburg!

Great care but you have to wait for it. Overbooked and sales reps take up time so plan on waiting 45-60 minutes before seeing doctor.

Can't say what kind of a doctor she is. I was surprised when I was able to book an appointment within a week. Now I know why. When I arrived for my 11:00 appt., the waiting room was full. I finally walked out at 11:15 when I learned she hadn't seen any of her 10am appts. I call that extreme overbooking and being greedy. A patient there told me she has always waited more than an hour~

Dr. Cohn and staff are absolutely incredible! The prices are fantastic. Dr. Cohn’s skill is second to none! I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology! Looking somewhere else is a waste of time. Dr. Cohn is simply the best!

Dr Cohn is a professional who wants to help in any way she can. She recently did a skin biopsy on me and had the pathologist run comprehensive tests. I have no scar at the site of the biopsy. She does thorough body checks, knowing exactly what to look for. There may be a wait to see her, just be prepared and patient, as she is worth the wait. She will fit you in so you don't have to wait 3-4 weeks to see a different doctor somewhere else. Her office staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Cohn has prvided excellent care to my family and I. Always a wonderful experience at the office. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is seen in an efficient manner. Can attribute my dermatological health to Dr. Cohn, as she has been quite proactive in treating many serious and cosmetic skin conditions.

Very competent dermatologist. Dr. Cohn has taken care of many skin conditions for me and my family. I love going there and I can always count on great service. The staff helps with prescriptions and they have often given me free samples. She is highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Cohn for a lot of years now. All the other dermatologists I tried to get into said 3 to 4 weeks and she took me the next day as a new patient. Since I have a history now with her and she knows what to ask and if there are anymore problems. Granted, the wait time is long. I'm retired now and have all the time in the world but even when I was working I made sure I told my employer I would be gone for awhile. For me, she is totally worth the wait time.

I visited Dr. Cohn with two concerns and when I left neither had been addressed to my liking. She was more interested in entering info on her computer than having eye contact and she didn't take the time to appropriately look at either my skin or scalp problems. Time spent with her was exceptionally brief after waiting an hour before being seen. She didn't explain the treatment she was suggesting thoroughly but left that up to her assistant who was very good! Very disatisfied -will not return.
