Dr. Monica Zaki is very knowledgeable, listens to her patients’ needs and concerns and will take her time to explain your diagnosis and recommendations. She is always friendly, encourages questions and seems to really care about her patients. I have always had a wonderful experience at my appointments. The atmosphere and staff have always been very friendly.

Dr. Zaki and her team are absolutely amazing. Dr. Zaki took so much time with my Mother and me. She squeezed us in at the end of her day and ended up spending almost 2 hours with us, explaining what she believed my mother was experiencing after a stay in the hospital. My mother was diagnosed with Lewy body Dementia as Dr. Zaki had explained it likely was. We ended up moving my mother out of state to be closer to me, we have had difficulty getting meds and different things because of COVID. Dr. Zaki's office returns calls immediately - they called resources for us IMMEDIATELY, they sent emergency meds THE SAME DAY. They are a blessing. Amazing patient care - amazing doctors, staff and people. One of the best experiences one could have with a doctor...we are so happy we found her!

I had been suffering most of my life from what I suspected was Narcolepsy and had worked with other Sleep Specialists but none either cared or believed me, the proof was evident, I couldnt stay awake, I would quickly, almost instantly fall asleep even during strenuous activity, conversation and very often during my work hours. After a long search and no answers I found Dr Monica. Dr. Monica was caring and professional from the moment I met her. She followed every procedure to help document my Narcolepsy as well as my Apnea. It only took a brief few visits to correctly diagnose my condition and get me approved for treatment. Dr Monica is simply a great doctor as are the Live Well staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone experiencing Sleep or Neurological impairment and as Narcolepsy is hereditary in my case my own mother will be seeking her as well.
