Dr. Monica McGrann, MD

I have taken my 4 kids to Dr. McGrann for 12 years. She has always been easy to talk to and compassionate. My kids all love her! One of my kids was having an issue he was embarrassed about and she put him at ease and made him feel so much better about himself. She is wonderful.

While Dr. McGrann has great bedside matter and absolutely wonderful with my child, I was appalled to see how she treated her office staff in front of patients. If her bad behavior is distasteful in front of patients, I would hate to see how she treats them when patients aren't watching. The sad thing is most of us miss is doctors true nature is in how they treat all people not just the ones that are their patients. I give Dr. McGrann a ZERO on a scale of 1-5. It is disappointing that Bootin & Savrick Pediatric's allows their employees to be treated with such hostility and rudeness.

Absolutely love Dr.McGrann! She has phenomenal bed side manner and isn’t one of those Dr’s who judge you. My daughter had a lot of health issues her first year of life & Dr.McGrann was very knowledgeable, caring and made sure we got the right treatment in the hospital.PHENOMENAL human being. I adore her and her ability to help me understand what’s going on and what steps need to be made. She also frequently did check up calls to see our progress on things. She is a very busy Pediatrician because she’s booked up all the time. Everyone wants the best of the best and she’s definitely worth it.

I don't usually do reviews but this may help someone. I have seen and worked with along a lot of doctors over my years of working in health care. Never seen a doctor like this. Always feel rushed, doesn't explain anything her plan or goal of treatment, worst bedside manner, spends less than a min or two, very unprofessional, 0% empathy, don't care about your concerns. NO progress notes on the chart?? ( other Dr's get confused), felt really uncomfortable. I am glad I have another wonderful pediatrician.

I love Dr. McGrann. She was the doctor on call for the Pediactic office I was using when I gave birth to my son in 2009. After the initial exam, I switched her to our primary. She was so nice, and answered every single question patiently and fully. My son is rarely sick, but when he is, the office always works is in quickly. She ALWAYS remembers us, & makes us feel like she’s known us forever. The few strange illnesses we’ve dealt with have been correctly diagnosed & treated. Highly recommend.

She has a very good bedside manner. Very easy to communicate. Has good relationship with kids. Would recommend her.

Let preface this by saying that I myself am a physician and my child has had 4 wonderful pediatricians in the past. This is the worst physician I've ever had and am disgusted that she has even laid hands on my child. Poor bedside manner, worst history and physicial exam I've seen, I've seen 1st year medical students do better. Asked half a question while staring at her laptop. She was condescending and unprofessional and I absolutely question her knowledge base. She is an embarrassment.

Dr.McGrann is very easy to communicate with and seems to genuinely care about her patients.

Awesome doctor really cares about people. I trust her completely.
