For some strange reason would not advise on if I needed to take medications together before I left my appointment. Was upset due to another person suggesting a different medication. Due to that looking for another Doctor and won’t be going back.!

Based on my experience with Dr Gomberg, I highly recommend her. She clearly knows what she's doing and was able to manage my situation (thyroid related) well, in a short period of time. She's forward thinking and answered all the questions I had. I did not have any issues with wait times and if anything was surprised at how little i had to wait to see her.

When I saw Dr. Gomberg about 2 years ago she rendered no diagnosis and practically threw me out of her office. I asked her about parathyroid surgery and blood work and the Norman Group in Florida. She was no help at all so on my own I went to the Norman Group and received superb, specialized care and surgical radio-assay that confirmed I did the right thing. Ignorance is not bliss. Now, 2 years post op my parathyroid levels are perfect, something no one in Pittsburgh caught.

I would NOT recommend this endocrinologist if my life depended on it. Three times now she has forgotten to renew my insulin prescription with my pharmacy, once leaving me without NovoLog for 2 days. Had I ended up in the ER I would have likely sued her. Thankfully the emergency office answered my attorney's call and pushed my prescription through.

I really like Dr Gomberg. She has a pleasant manner & is very helpful in helping me manage my diabetes. I have also had pleasant encounters with the rest of the staff. I was given a slip of paper today to leave a review. I followed the instructions, but i was unable to locate what the paper said. So I searched for Dr Gomberg instead. I think the slip of paper needs revised.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Gomberg. She and her assistant are terrific!!! They spent an hour with me as a new patient and they explained everything to me in detail and why it needed to be done. I can't say enough good things about them and the reception staff!!!

I've only seen her a few times, I needed to find a new dr for my thyroid. Anyway when I met her and seen how she interacted as a dr, I was really impressed how she handled herself, how she listened to what you had to say, very patient, very polite and yes I would definitely recommend her for a doctor. She is great!
