My mom and I used to see Dr. Chopra when she had her practice in Pittsburgh and she was such a wonderful, compassionate, caring doctor. We were sad when she told us she was leaving. I still miss her. She loved seeing my mom and me together and we shared a love of reading. I highly recommend this doctor and if I could get to Texas from Pgh. to see her, I would.

Dr. Chopra will listen to your medical problems. She a very caring Dr. and makes sure your questions and medical concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend her and her health staff.

I was NEVER able to become a patient of Dr. Chopra. I chose a different doctor with this clinic and tried to make an new patient appointment only to find out that the doctor was no longer with the practice. I had to call my insurance and change doctors with them before I could make an appointment with Dr. Chopra. I understand that is requested by many practices, but what I can't understand is that NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR THE 10 TIMES I CALLED OVER 2 DAYS (and the equivalent of 5 hours with over 20 mins listening to the phone ring) so I could make an appointment! I called my insurance again and changed my doctor, and got an appointment with my new doctor immediately (AND they answered the phone after 2 rings)

Yes, I would highly recommend Dr Chopra...... The issue is that I received a phone call at about 11am on Thursday 4/22/21. The man said he was with MedFirst Collections. I later learned from Sherry, his name is Quinton. He is unprofessional, VERY rude and demanding. I recommend that Mr Quinton MAJORLY NEEDS customer service skills’ training. Thanking you in advance for handling this matter.

Very insulting and unprofessional to her staff. Doesn’t listen to patients complaints only offers criticism, “ lose 5 pounds and your stomach pain will go away “the nurse turns to her and says,”he’s lost 15 lbs in 30 days” I’m 6 ft tall and 210lbs not obese by any means and I’m seriously blown away that her solution to my problem was to lose weight like that will magically make my problem disappear... I personally would not recommend. Haven’t been back to practice since and will never return...

She's good. Listens to the patient, ask and answers questions. Never in a hurry. Very pleasant.
