Dr. Money Vashistha, MD

I’ve never felt so rushed and not cared for when having to visit the urgent care. No compassion in her tone, not a good listener, in a hurry, and consistently asked if I want. Once she was done with me I basically asked is that it or do I need discharge instructions. She said if I want. My response was it’s not a matter of if I want it’s standard procedure for patients to receive a summary of the visit etc.

I saw Dr. Vashistha I felt sick thinking it was just Pneumonia as I always wait too long, she ran some tests one was for pulmonary embolism, sent me right over for a CT scan where it was confirmed, and ended up in HSP. I'm so grateful for her professional wisdom and insight. she knew right out of the gate it was more than pneumonia. Saved my life !!

I saw Dr. V in Urgent care today. She listened, ordered all the test I felt I needed and I felt she listened to me.

Doctor was ready to get me out of the office the minute she saw me. making faces while I was talking, body language showed she did not care. I would not recommend seeing this doctor unless you want to feel even worse

The most unprofessional doctor!!! She decided not to prescribe any medication for my son’s ear infection and for his eyes and let him suffer , because as a doctor she said “it will go away”. Disgusting!!!!!

I was brought into urgent care in May of this year. The facility was working within all the covid requirements at that time. I really appreciate the extent the entire staff went to to keep all of us in urgent care safe that day. I don't recall meeting the Dr. Vashistha that day but I am very pleased with the care I received. However, since then I continue to get billed for services rendered that day because DR, Vashisthas office will not respond to the insurance companies request for records. I have received 3 bills for one service and now an additional 2 bills received because the office will not respond to requests for information. Providing vital medical care is one thing but now this added stress because your staff won't do their job now will absolutely be a concern for me when choosing or seeing any Doctor associated with this office. I will be telling my friends. Absolutely would NOT recommend this provider to anyone.
