Dr Khater has treated my daughter for years. She is always very patient with my daughter who has cerebral palsy and autism. The office staff are very helpful when I need forms filled out for my daughter, or I have questions/concerns.

The women in the office (not including the Dr) are great. They tried to work with me to help out. The Dr however over bills. I was billed for a level 3 visit ($96) for a teleheath prescription refill. We were on the call for less than 1 minute. This was also amid the pandemic and the medication is a maintenance medication. I was also billed a level 4 visit (over $150) to simply go over annual blood results. My precious primary care (I moved and this office was much closer) had no issues refilling my prescriptions without a visit and even sending me blood results through the patient portal. This doctor seems to find a way to nickel and dime for every possible thing. For less than 45 minutes with this doctor since the beginning of this year, my insurance has been billed more than $300. When I questioned these over billed charges, it was suggested that if I disagreed with the way she bills things, I could find a new physician. Needless to say, I will spend the extra money gas (whic

Dr. K was referred to me by an MD,so I was surprised to be upset after my first visit.Get your insurance card out! Family in the medical pro. call this desirable trait exceptional ability to BILL INSURANCE. If the doc spent as much time with me as she did printing out test orders and internet information (I could have found info myself) about my conditions, I might not be writing a poor review.Yet, after 3 visits, nothing has changed. I will update in hopes that things will turn around.
