Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

My husband has complicated health issues which Dr Ellis has treated successfully while exhibiting concern. She listens carefully and makes considered recommendations often avoiding unnecessary tests.

No compassionate care, empathy, or follow-up to the point that it is negligent. Casually makes fatphobic and fat-stigmatizing comments with regard to minor patient weight gain. Zero education provided around conditions and diagnoses. The best way I can describe her "care" as a doctor: flippant.

Unfriendly and arrogant medical staff. In particular there is one woman who wears false eyelashes, and has long dark hair that fall on the patient when she takes the blood pressure. No esthetics.

Dr. Ellis was my primary care physician for about 2 years while I lived in DC. She is an excellent doctor and if I hadn’t moved to New England I definitely would have stayed with her as long as possible. She addressed my concerns and brought up other health topics that I had not considered. She was always busy of course but always answered all of my questions. Favorite doctor I’ve ever had

She is dismissive of any experiences I have had. When she is on her tablet asking me questions she not only quickly answers them herself but she answers wrong. She does not practice discretion when speaking so anyone can hear a patient's personal business. Her staff isn't exactly the most welcoming. I dread going to her. I need to find another doctor ASAP. I would give a 0 rating if I could.

Absolutely avoid this office and Dr. Ellis if you can. I've not had one appointment where billing and coding was what I expected (after telling this office exactly what I want). The one nurse who's always taken my vitals looks like she just woke up and is rude. The billing office is the worst I've ever encountered--they make your calls feel like a burden and will fight you. This office is not on the patient's side and I'm currently filing a claim dispute with them.

I am perplexed why Dr. Ellis became a physician. She is rude, dismissive, and lacks all qualities one would want in an internist. Her manner borders on unkind. I have seen her a few times and after my most recent physical will absolutely not return.

Really surprised by the negative reviews. In my experience, Dr Ellis is thorough and friendly. The front desk staff is more efficient than other healthcare providers I've experienced. I have been using the practice for 8 years and have never had a lengthy wait in the waiting room.

she is blunt to the point of being rude; her staff is the same way; and she should look at you inside of her ipad once in awhile. communication with her is laborious, and their record-keeping is abysmal. you'll wish you never entrusted your healthcare to her.

My last three visits were awful. The wait time was over 1 hour in the waiting room and upwards of 20 minutes in the private room. Only for the doctor to quickly apologize and hastily run through a list of issue on the tablet. I?m doubtful my concerns were adequately addressed or properly diagnosed. Thankfully I got a second opinion.
