Dr. Mona Ayoub, MD

Dr Mona and Dr Aly are amazing and professional. I drove like 1 hour to go see them, but the office manager are terrible.I went to the office because my daughter was screaming and crying all night, after I drove 1 hour to go there,, they remembered After 2 month of me going there that they didn't get paid for the first visit. So they kept me and my 2 daughters waiting for 1 hour till they verified my insurance. So they didn't verify the insurance for 2 month after my first visit and want to verify it while I am waiting there with me sick child.I contacted my Insurance after I left the office because they won't see my sick child and my insurance said that they never billed my insurance from the first time. This is the first time I see office like that. Many doctors they would send you bill or invoice from first month telling or notify you with the insurance problem. But they decided to be different and don't do anything for 2 month till you go back with your sick child and keep you waiting there then say no we can't see you because we don't know what is the problem. Sorry about the bad review DR Ayoub bad your office manager are the worst Hopefully you found better one."

There is no greater doctor in the world. I have been with Dr.Ayoub for the past 4 yrs under 3 different children. I drive 30 miles one way to see her. That’s how amazing she is. She is diligent, listens to every little detail and concern. She follows through. She is extremely dedicated. Thank you for everything DR.

Dr.Ayoub is fantastic..she is the best doctor i have met..my son is very comformtable with her.. highly recommended
