I've been seeing Dr. Tsai for over 2 years, and I am constantly impressed with him and his office staff. He is a good listener, he responds directly to my questions, he offers information freely, he takes care to address my potential concerns using both published data and knowledge from his own experience. He takes a conservative approach to dealing with problems, and he manages my expectations for possible outcomes, preventing me from getting anxious if I'm not progressing as I might have unreasonably anticipated. The two office staff members are both very friendly and efficient. They ensure that they know what my needs are before they attempt to respond, and they work patiently with me to arrange appointments, get prescriptions or handle other business I have with them. My wife also sees, Dr. Tsai, and we both highly recommend him.

Dr. Tsai is an excellent doctor. He spends a lot of time with his patients and is very caring. He's the best doctor I've ever had.
