Dr. Molly Finley has been my doctor for years and has always provided excellent care. She is very compassionate and thorough. She isn't backing out of the room minutes after she enters. She listens to all your questions and concerns and provides answers. I would highly recommend her.

She pretends to listen and care while your in office but then you have to call office repeatedly to get referrals or anything sent in. Also antidepressants are not the answer to every aliment.

I had an urgent issue and needed immediate attention. Dr. Finley worked me in (probably on her lunch time). Most impressive, Dr Finley was focused on my every word and comment. I have the strongest confidence that Dr Finley is working in my best interest.

Would highly recommend her, but East Valley has many challenges, such as nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, appointment waits alone can be up to 40 minutes. In addition, they don't call you about test results and getting in the office by phone is, as stated above horrible.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Finley when we first moved to the area. My daughter at the time was seventeen months and had a large fear of doctors. I was very stressed as I was expecting and my daughter was very upset. Dr. Finley was so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. She really helped me be at ease. Sadly, When I brought new baby in for 2 week, Dr Finley behaved rudely to the Dr. seeing us and adolescently annoyed at my then 21 month old when she saw her. She left office shorty after
