She misdiagnosed 95% of all issues, gave improper referrals, failed to give appropriate referrals until being cornered into it and muttered "chop your head off" under her breath for what were chronic headaches due to carbon monoxide exposure over a long period of time. I submitted my records and asked for an apt with Dr. Lyon to get a 2nd opinion & treatment for Lyme Disease. On their website, Dr. Lyon is listed as a Lyme expert and accepting new patients. However, after sending my records, I was told the med director, Dr. Eaton would review within 2 wks before I could make an apt. After calling every wk for 6-7 wks and getting the run around by their nurse, my records were never reviewed and I gave up. At least give a sick patient the courtesy of an answer!
