Was my Dr. for several years and thank GOD he is gone. I had a spinal fusion in 2015 and a spinal cord stimulator implanted a year later, after that I was done with the spine Dr. I started telling him about the issues I was having with my back and my other issues and he commented on not wanting to interfere whit my spine Dr. and I told him I only had pain management and him now. Around the end of 2020 I took in paperwork that needed to be filled out for work. He said he didn't feel comfortable filling it out because although we had discussed my back issues he never really paid attention because he didn't want to interfere with my back Dr., so he decided to send me for an impairment rating and after waiting weeks I finally got an appt only to find out that they do not do them on backs. After going back to him he told me he was leaving in Dec but talked to pain management and they would fill it out so after I finally got it done and they said he was a lair they don't fill out forms.

good doctor, very knowledgable and efficient, unfortunatly his office dose not take my new insurance company and i had to find one that does.

Excellent manner! I had my first appointment with Dr. Morgan and found him to be very pleasant and professional. He asked me important questions and explained things to me thoroughly. I never felt rushed or unimportant.
