This is the most unprofessional doctors office ever. No response when contacted. Stay away

He’s impatient unprofessional and unpleasant.

Staff UNPROFESSIONAL I Called in for an appointment on2/8 was told it would be the first of March and then changed to after the 23rd of March. They couldn't schedule an appointment until after they had my insurance card to bill. I come in and bring card you can bill after I have seen someone you can bill.. This is not a good place to go they Don't care about the patients will be contacting the state at this point to report this so called Mental Health Care center... they need to be shut down. Look at the reviews and it says it all.

I was rushed for my appointment with Dr. Moheed Akintyo. He was on video call with me eating. Got loud and disrespectful because I asked him about his job description. I was discharged on Tuesday 11/09/21 because I asked about Xanax and he nor his staff didn’t check with my primary doctor about my pain meds that Mohhed Akintyo thought I was on. I miss Dr.Andre Douglas. If it wasn’t for us patients they wouldn’t have a job. No one will talk to disrespect me like he did I will be talking to state board about my situation.

The staff is useless and rude as hell! When they get mad, they get ghetto and talk to you like they live on the streets. Unprofessional is an understatement for everyone in this office. They communicate with no one. When things change, they will not tell you, only punish you for their secret changes. Staff even made sexual comments as the profanity-laced vomit spewed from their lips.

My son has seen Dr. Akintayo for a few years, and his office staff has repeatedly been unhelpful, incompetent and rude. There have been multiple times when we've left messages that were never returned, and payments have been "lost in the system". Dr. A makes excuses for their behavior and allows this unprofessional atmosphere, as his wife is the office manager. The final straw was when his wife, Kim, yelled at me for calling attention to mistakes made by their office, and took no responsibility even though I had proof of their issues (phone records, etc.).

I had an overall great experience at Dr Akintayo's office and I will definitely send my friends to him. He is an excellent doctor and very caring.

Dr.Akintayo is attentive,professional, and realistic...I am grateful for his clinical support.

I was connected with Dr. Akintayo in June 2016. I was sent for testing, due to my request to change my medication, for lack of focus, sleep, and depression worsening. Changes were hesitant, During a time period in late 2016, I was refused access to Dr Akintayo, due to a financial mistake by his office, where I had paid my bill, but it was not recorded. I am currently unemployed, and homeless, due to the neglect of medical intervention. He is more concerned for money than care.

Dr. Akintayo has been an awesome doctor for my son. He is very straight forward but has a great disposition. I can't recommend him enough.

I have been going to Dr A for close to 3 years. He is extremely helpful. He and his staff have gotten to know both my daughter and me. I feel comfortable with him. He has provided appropriate treatment, and I often recommend him to others.

The office staff is as apathetic and unprofessional as any i have ever encountered, and I work in health care. I am not sure if they don't deliver messages and emails to Dr. A or if he doesn't return them. I only ever called once in 2 years to speak to him about a matter, and after 3 phone messages and an email over three weeks time, I still haven't heard back. Unbelievable!! Prior to this incident, I had confidence in Dr A., but we will not be returning.
