Dr. Mitrani he is excellent

Dr Mitrani is excellent, thanks to him I have been recuperating from issues, I am a former smoker, and thanks to him I stopped smoking after 44 years, Highly recommend Dr Mitrani.The staff are great, they are understanding, very nice and polite.

I waited over an hour to see him. Three people scheduled at the same time. It took three phone calls before I got my prescriptions sent to Walgreen. And the only invoice I received was from a collection agency.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Went to see Dr Mitrani after seeing his partner 4 previous times the month before for a severely clogged lrft rar. Gave office my new insurance upon making the appointment yet they kept me waiting over an hour verifying thr insuurance upon my arrival. Front office person cold and rude. When I finally got to see Dr Mittani hr spent about 3 minutes with me, no greeting no time to ask a question, he just suctioned quickly wrote a prescription and with his back to me running out the door he ssid come back in 3 days.Horrible experience all the way around, stay away at all costs

This office has horrible communication skills. After being tested for hearing loss, I was informed by Dr. Mitrani that I would need an MRI. No explanation on why was given. Neither was how the MRI would be set up. I inquired and was simply told I would receive a phone call and with scheduling time and date. I was also scheduled for a month later follow up appointment. After 2 weeks went by, I called Dr. Mitrani's office and was told (for the 1st time) that I needed to go through my primary doctor to sc hedule an MRI! It took 3 week to take care of this! I drove the hour to get to the office and my follow up appointment date. Upon signing in, I was abruptly told I could NOT see a doctor as I did not request the required referral! This was the FIRST time this office told me I needed another referral approval! The receiptionist said it was the duty of my primary doctor to take care of this! I called my doctor who said he never was advised I was having a follow up by Dr Mitrani!

I waited almost half an hour just to see him for all of five minutes. He told me what I had was nothing even though I told him I’d had symptoms for a month. He didn’t offer any tests or even bother to give any other resources. He was so set on getting another patient over with that he didn’t even close the door. And then he palpated my tongue after touching the doorknob. The waiting room was also packed with chairs with no markers to keep six feet apart, and seemingly no other precautions being taken to combat coronavirus. 100% would not recommend.

I think Dr.Mitrani is just terrific. Knowledgeably and knows his stuff..
