Bad Experience
Called with concerns about severe pain and swelling 4 weeks after an injection. Was told that no one would talk to me until my follow up appointment and I should go to the ER. Spent 5.5 hours in the ER and was never seen. I finally walked out in worse pain than when I went in. 2 more phone calls over the next 4 days were never returned. Got a second opinion, cancelled my follow up, heading to Buffalo for surgery. I really wanted to stay local, but this experience was unacceptable.

Injected my knee
Had pain in my knee. Saw Dr. Al-Humadi. Got 3 X-rays. He recommended a steroid injection as a beginning treatment. He offered other alternatives and explained the positives and negatives of each. I opted for the injection and couldn't be happier. The pain is gone. I am my old (79) self again. His bedside manner is superior. He listens to the patient. He doesn't rush. I recommend Dr. Al-Humadi without reservation.

I saw Dr. Al-Humadi for a distal bicep tendon repair after a lifting injury. I couldn't have been happier with my surgery and recovery. Dr. Al-Humadi is very engaging and personable. He carefully listened to my questions and provided thoughtful answers. After 14 weeks of recovery I am back to full use of my arm and look forward to progressively increasing my work load. We are very fortunate to have such an exceptional surgeon in our small town.

He is a very thorough and dedicated surgeon. Always positive and friendly will answer any and all questions. I developed grand faith in his abilities with my orthopedic condition and was super glad I didn't have to travel to Rochester or Buffalo for this condition.

Dr. Al Humadi and his entire staff, including Dr. Seth, have never been anything but friendly and caring to me. Dr. Al has done a total knee replacement for me, as well as a rotator cuff repair. They are very professional and I've never had any trouble getting an appointment within a week or so, depending on my situation. Sometimes I think your own attitude has a lot of bearing on how people treat you!

From the moment I walked in the door it was an unplesant experience. The woman at the check in counter was very rude. I had an appointment in the morning and although I was 10 minutes early, the over scheduling and room full of people had me waiting over an hour to see the doctor who then spent less than 10 minutes with me only to want to give me a drug and move on to the next paitent. Ive had this injury for several weeks, and he did nothing to adress it. I would not go back again.

I love this Dr he was excellent with my special needs child. His secretary staff left a lot to be desired. I was never even called when we needed a new appointment. Now I was forced to find a new surgeon so my child won't be playing gym on a torn ACL. Disappointed and it could have easily been taken care of with a simple phone call instead of leaving us thinking a letter was coming to the school.

Absolutely would recommend!!!!!! The Dr and his entire team are very knowledgeable, friendly, and not afraid to take the time to explain things if you need further clarification. I had never had any surgery in my life and the Dr, Seth, and staff were amazing!!!! They explained every detail and put me at such ease! The best organization I have ever been a patient of. I have already referred several!!
