Won't Prescribe Medication to Severe Asthmatic
Telehealth
I had one virtual visit with this doctor who has my chart and health profile transferred to him by my previous health practioner. It clearly shows, as I stated during my appointment, that I have SEVERE ASTHMA, ALLERGIES, and ECZEMA. I literally had to beg him for a steroid to treat my rash that I have used off and on during my 40 years of having eczema. He tried to dissuade me to use something off market that I said I was uninterested in trying. He eventually gave in and prescribed the steroid. 30 days later, my flutica prescription is no longer active and I have to reach out to him on MyCharts to get a refill. I am having the worst year with my asthma, which acts up the worst in the summer, and low and behold, he goes out of his way to not answer my message through MyCharts. I understand it can take a day or two to get back, but I really needed the flutica urgently & explained that again to his nurse to push the request as URGENT. Nothing. Now I have to go to urgent care!!!

Echoing what others have said - find a new doctor.
This doctor, bless it. He refuses to treat anything - I went in for an ear infection and he didn’t even look in my ears. He referred me to a dermatologist - what in the world? He will not refill medications no matter how benign they are or how long you’ve been taking them. You have high blood pressure? If you’re lucky he’ll prescribe you silent thoughts and prayers but he certainly will not be available to refill a script for a BP med you’ve taken for 15 years, even if you saw him in office a week ago and have had recent lab work done. His office staff refuses to address anything or call back. This doctor, the office staff, and the manager are the WORST. He’ll interrupt your legitimate health concerns to talk to you about what a BMI means and discuss it’s controversy for 45 minutes if you’re into that, but if you need an actual doctor to assess your wellbeing, provide medical care, and refill life saving prescriptions - look elsewhere.

Great listener
He took his time to get to know me as I was a brand new patient. He offered me age based screenings and vaccines. Overall I really liked him and his practice.

Horrible visit 1 1/2 hour wait time to just to get in a room to be seen Doesn't listen to patients Appointment rushed! My medication refills were messed up and he wouldn't reorder two of them which I take regularly & reason why made no sense! My other doctor who was excellent quit abruptly and I was give this doctors name and what a mistake! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! Also very hard to reach this office for any reason!

Dr. Joudeh had little interest in helping my mother. He cannot be trusted to care about a patient. I would NEVER recommend him. Patients deserve Better.

I had an appointment with Dr. Joudeh recently. He undermined my health concerns and basically wanted to direct me to other doctors. He then billed me $160 which was paid right away after the visit on the same day. The following week I received another bill for $44. I was extremely upset because I felt like he didn’t treat me for anything diabetes, possible blood pressure. He did not want me to be under his watch. He totally disregarded all of my health concerns. He didn’t run any tests and was making assumptions about what type of specialty doctor I should see. I was definitely treated this way because I do not have any insurance and Iwas a cash pay customer.
