During my stay at BWMC, I had a rash and sought information about it, this is when I met Amlani. He came to my room, approached my bed, looked at me, and said, 'Don't scratch,' before turning around and leaving the room. He did not allow me to ask any questions, nor did he inform me about the nature of my rash.

Rude, unorganized and doesn’t use empathy while interacting with patients. I would never revisit this location again!!!

Took several people before me even though I was the only one in the office when I signed in and the only one in a waiting room. Waited 45 mins. he comes in with just a scrap piece of paper and a pen to document things.Didn't take any notes or document the visit in any way, He asked me my medicines and after about the 5th one he stopped writing and said "I have enough, we got the main ones." i tell him why I was there and he said what do you want from me." I started to relay my symptoms and he cut me off after the first one. l told him I had many more and also had medical records and diagnoses for him to review. He didn't want to hear/read any of it. I had to beg him to look at my LP results and got him to admit they were abnormal but he still didn't want to treat me. He kept checking his phone and writing messages to people while I was talking (!!) and kept looking at his watch. He gave me a lab slip and told me to call him when I got the results. I said "they should come to you first
