Knowledgable , kind , have a very hospitable staff , He is very methodical , he takes his time to diagnose the problem and then dispenses the best medical advice . Why go to anyone else ?

The Doctor was over an hour late when he called me on the phone asking where I was. He then hung up. Nobody was at the front window! I had to urinate (urgently) and before I could find a bathroom I peed on myself. There’s a large sign that says “don’t use the bathroom before letting us know!” I couldn’t find anyone! This is the worst run office I’ve ever seen. I sure won’t go back and I want my money back as well! Sorry sorry group!

I had two in-person visits with Dr Said plus robotic kidney surgery with follow-up visit. Aside from the surgery and quick recovery, Dr Said consistently qualified his diagnoses with estimates of their probabilities as well as the various outcomes which significantly aided my understanding of my condition and confidence in his qualifications and experience. This might not seem important to the average patient, but being a numbers person, it was a tremendous help and, ultimately, there were no surprises even though my condition had several uncertain and complicating factors. I also found his office and associates to be well-organized. I highly recommend Dr Said!

Dr. Said was incredibly professional from our first meeting. He spoke in easy to understand terms and listened intently before answering. He is kind and very empathetic and put my wife and I at ease every time he spoke. I would only recommend Dr. Said to anyone in need of a Urologist.

Very thorough ! Explains everything so we would understand. Went with my Dad. He has one kidney and a large tumor on it. Dr. Said was 3rd doc we saw around Ohio and Kentucky, he was the only one willing to remove just the tumor. Two years down the line, my dad's cancer free and his kidney's still going strong, all thanks to Dr. Said!

Doesn't return calls concerning the care and questions you have about your loved one. It's as if he's inaccessible to patients. We weren't fond of the staff or leadership at that location. A lot of deception, and distrust involved! Find another place to go. That location is horrific.

Dr. Said it's not only a skilled doctor, he is so compassionate and is genuinely vested in his patients. He shows excitement, joy and happiness when we get good news. This man is skilled in what he does. If it wasn't for him, I know my father would not be here with me today. He is THE only one you want doing robotic nephrectomies! And he is in Louisville! You have options.... that option is only Dr. Said!

Horrible staff and office manager. Conflicting appointment times made with this doctor. Missed appointments caused by their unprofessionalism.

After waiting 1 hour 15 minutes to see Dr. Said without any apologies or explanation, I cut my losses and left. One nurse assistant told me the doctor “did not forget” about me at about the 45 minute mark which was not reassuring. An obvious disrespect of the patient’s time and a disorganized way to run an office.

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Said. Above being an intelligent, knowledgeable, and fantastic Dr, his bed side manor is beyond compare. Kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding are things that change a patience’s life. My quality of life has been beautifully changed with his continued education and kindness regarding a childhood illness that I never thought could or would be resolved. I can not say thank you enough for his expertise and passion for his field!

Dr Said did surgery to repair my damaged ureters. The surgery went very well and I and he feel like it was a success. Dr Said is a very skillful and kind Dr.

My dad was referred to Dr. Said with a cancerous tumor blocking his kidney. Dr. Said did all he could to save the kidney, but ultimately decided that it was in the best interest of my dad's health to remove the kidney, ureter, and tumor. He expedited the surgery and coordinated with Dr. Jordan to get my dad taken care of quickly. He spent a lot of time explaining the situation to us and answering our questions, and never made us feel that he was in a hurry or that any question wasn't important. He made my dad feel at ease and very comfortable. Surgery went well and recovery was quick. We recommend Dr. Said 100%. He has a terrific bedside manner and is very caring and empathetic.
