Worst experience ever
Hello'I have been a patient of Dr. Muhammad Muhyiddin for almost seven years, and I chose him not just for his medical expertise but because we share the same faith. I trusted him as my Muslim brother, seeking not only medical care but compassion in line with our shared values. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and hurt.In December 2024, I switched to Molina Health Insurance, only to be told his office didn’t accept it. I then followed his office’s recommendation and switched to UnitedHealthcare, but later learned they didn’t accept that either. After switching again to BlueCross BlueShield HMO, I finally got an appointment. But Dr. Muhyiddin rushed through it, offering only a few minutes of his time. When I asked for a referral to an orthopedic specialist—required by my insurance—he dismissed my request and said he didn’t have time.During a telehealth visit, his advice was vague, and he showed no interest in addressing my health concerns, despite me s
