CLL- Stage 4 Failure to Treat
When I came to him on 10.31.2024.I was told I was Stage 4, my WBC was at 146.0 the normal is 4.5. He told me that he and other oncologists had a round table and decided not to treat me but to watch my WBC-White Blood Count.Thankfully I choose to get a second opinion and my WBC today is 4.55. I am taking Immunaltherapy and doing great. Chemo was out of the question for me as the results wouldn't last as long. All I can say is PLEASE get a second opinion, it's your health.I am doing Great and Love my new Cancer Drs.

What doctor comes in and says "You know this kind of cancer is a death sentence"? Then stands there with his eyes closed as he proceeds to tell you to bring your loved one to his office for chemo that is nearly 2 hours from home instead of one that is less than 30 minutes. He was uncaring and rude.

Dr. Khan is a very nice Dr. who is very kind. He listens well. He seems to really care. I think he is eager to help find a cure or make you as well as you can be. I would recommend him to others. If he does not know how to help you he will send you to another dr. who can help. He makes you feel better by his kindness.
